James Cameron Brings ‘Avatar’ To Sailors In Arabian Gulf

Director James Cameron and stars of ‘Avatar’ paid a visit to troops currently serving on the U.S.S. Dwight D. Eisenhower, an aircraft carrier currently deployed in the Arabian Gulf.

Cameron was accompanied by actors Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang and Michelle Rodriguez, producer Jon Landau, and James’ brother John, a former Marine who acted as military consultant on the film.

The visit included an autograph-signing and a screening of the Academy-Award nominated and box office record-breaking film for hundreds of sailors.
